Bianca Leigh - Transvestigation

Transvestigation, presented by Tweed as part of their Sunday Night Series at Pangea, is a delicious melange of comedy, songs, and character sketches written and performed by Bianca Leigh. This is the fourth of Miss Leigh’s performances in the popular series, curated by Kevin Maloney. Bianca’s work is a comedic ‘transvestigation’ of life’s challenges, including gender, work, stupidity, and death (not necessarily in that order). Standup, theatre, and cabaret come together in an exploration of life’s absurdities, and ways to laugh in the face of all of them.

In his new show, Tom Judson assembles some of the best and--in some cases—least-known tunes about this heavenly body by which we humans have been enthralled since time (or at least humans) began.
