Beginning in 2015 with a series of performances by longtime tweed artist carol lipnik, TWEED has DEVELOPED AN ONGOING RESIDENCY AT PANGEA: NEW YORK’S MOST INNOVATIVE AND UNUSUAL cabaret room.

TWEED Sundays at Seven @ Pangea has now been going strong for over four years. every sunday (and sometimes mondays), the program celebrates a vibrant cross-section of downtown performers— from monologuists to singer-songwriters; from newly emerging talent to veterans of the scene. Carol Lipnik continues to mesmerize audiences with an ongoing monthly show, and actor/writer David Cale has workshopped his autobiographical musical we are only alive for a short amount of time, which premiered at the Goodman in Fall 2018. To date, over thirty artists have been seen in the series.
